No. All you need is a valid email address.

Can I cancel my online shop within 30 days without being charged.

Yes you can. If you are not happy with the system you can cancel at any time without being charged.

Can I use my new shop right away?

Yes. You can upload and manage products right away.

In what currency are my product prices displayed?

You can choose whether to display prices in GBP, USD or Euros and your customers can pay using any currency. We plan to add more currencies so if these don't suit your business please get in contact.

I have my own designer. Can I order the e-commerce package on it's own?

Yes, you can. The site design uses standard CSS which can be edited by your web designer. Please email us and we can make arrangements for your designer to access the CSS editor for your site.

What experience do I need to set up my shop?

Our system is designed for ease of use, even if you have no web experience. Only basic computer skills are required. You will receive free tuition from one of our team when you sign up and we also offer unlimited customer support.

What operating system do I require?

The ORS:On administration interface is compatible with Windows and Mac. You can use any modern web browser (with javascript and Adobe Flash enabled).

What do I need to accept payments online?

You will need a PayPal or World Pay account. ORS:On integrates neatly with both and can be connected in your shop settings.

How do I get a feel for the system before I buy?

Sign up for any package level. You can instantly create your own fully featured shop and explore all the possibilities ORS:On offers. We do not take any payment details at this stage and you can cancel without charge any time within 30 days.
