Do I need to enter my credit card details to get a free trail?

No. All you need is a valid email address.

Can I cancel my online shop within 30 days without being charged.

Yes you can. This really is a risk free, no obligation, won't hold you to ransom trial.

Can I use my new shop right away?

Yes. You can upload and manage products using the default shop layout while we prepare your designs. Any products or images you upload will be included in your final shop set up.

How long will the design process take?

We advise allowing two to three weeks to complete the design stage to your satisfaction.

How do I pay for my online shop?

The one-off design fee can be paid by credit card or PayPal. We ask for a 20% deposit with the balance being paid on completion of the design phase. We use a secure subscription service to handle your monthly e-commerce package billing via credit card.

I have my own designer. Can I order the e-commerce package on it's own?

Just now we are only able to offer the complete design package. However, we do offer extremely good value for money and have a great track record in quality design.

What experience do I need to set up my shop?

Our system is designed for ease of use, even if you have no web experience. Only basic computer skills are required. You will receive free tuition from one of our team when you sign up and we also offer unlimited customer support.

What operating system do I require?

The ORS:On administration interface is compatible with Windows and Mac. You can use any modern web browser (with javascript and Adobe Flash enabled).

What do I need to accept payments online?

You will need a PayPal account. ORS:On integrates neatly with PayPal and can be connected in your shop settings.

How do I get a feel for the system before I buy?
